I hired Mr. and Mrs. Edwards to represent me in a matter after they conducted due diligence on my situation and negotiated a fee structure commensurate with THEIR evaluation. What ensued was a cacophony of errors as the case progressed where these two attorneys would barely speak to the Judge through... a number of hearings, thereby making no argument on my behalf. Due to this, we almost never received what we should have been entitled to (at a baseline) in accordance with Due Process. The opposing attorneys were so emboldened by this that they continued to pepper through Motions and requests and, when there was no tangible conversation or rebuttal, they were granted nearly everything they wanted. The silence was deafening and the case took a fatal turn during their representation. More so, the Edwards attempted to obtain more money from me as the case was near close after they had negotiated a "flat fee/fixed bid" arrangement. I did not have the additional capital to deploy and they used this as an excuse to QUIT the case and cease representation. It seems apparent now that they were looking for any reason to quit. The disposition of the case did not turn out well, don't waste your money.
