OUTCOME: Pled to Reckless Driving, withhold of adjudication, $250 fine, Court Costs,

Second time Driving under the Influence charge. I was able to get the prosecutor to amend the charge to simple reckless driving, offer no probation, a withhold of adjudication, and a $250 fine.
