Biography
Two principles guide how I practice law: (1) the value of services should always exceed cost; and (2) a business lawyer should be proactive in supporting their client’s success.
A good business lawyer will be proficient at contract reviews and due diligence exercises; a great business lawyer, however, helps their clients achieve success whether that means finding investors, growth opportunities, strategic partners, etc. I measure success only after proving my value and gaining the client’s confidence – as one of my law professors said, "by becoming a trusted advisor."
I have been retained by clients of all shapes and sizes, from major international corporations to individuals looking to start their first company. The one thing that never changes is how I approach each relationship with my client. I maintain a high level of professionalism, promptness in responding to client questions, finding the right solutions and getting the best possible outcome.
