Ben is a retired Lieutenant Colonel from the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps (JAG). He brings the same fortitude that earned him a Bronze Star and a Purple Heart during his military tenure to his private practice.
Ben handles a variety of civil litigation matters, including breach of contract, workplace injuries, and first- and third-party personal injury cases.
Before joining Robinson & Henry, Ben defended more than 70 clients against personal injury lawsuits, many of which demanded millions of dollars in damages. As a JAG, he was a special victims prosecutor, a legal advisor for the U.S. Army Special Forces Command, an appellate attorney, and a general crimes prosecutor.
