The "EveryReady Bunny Rabbit!" That's what first came to my mind when I met Ben. I left a message and he called the next day and let me know he was free to go to court with me the following week. Other firms called 'after the fact' and I told them the job has already been taken care of. All they coul...d do was apologize. His energy is hard for the other Attorneys to keep up with! He was very open with me about events taking place with my traffic citation. He worked hard with the Prosecuting Attorney to negotiate something reasonable and fair in my behalf. He's lively and personable however he knows how to 'turn on' the 'time to be straight forward' button. I would highly recommend Ben for any traffic violations. I didn't even have to go to court and get cross examined. What a relief!

Ben is confident, compassionate, and caring. He communicated all throughout the process via text, email, and phone. He was clear and concise about the process, what his anticipated outcome was (without overcommitting or making promises), and was easy to deal with. I'm glad that we found Ben and ch...ose him to represent us in our fight. My son was issued a citation that we felt had no merit. He worked with the Prosecuting Attorney to get the ticket reduced to a small fine rather than a fine plus points and we never had to step foot in a court room, talk to a judge, or anything.
