Sally Michelle Colton

I hired Sally to handle my divorce. She was up front with me from our first meeting about what could expected during the process of the divorce, explained my part of the divorce as well as what she thought the outcome would be. I was kept up to date of when I needed to provide information or documen...ts throughout the process to make sure court deadlines were met, while allowing plenty of time to review information and make changes. Sally made it clear to contact her or her office with any questions or concerns I may have had throughout the entire process. Typically having a response within 24 hours with the longest being 48 hours. Sally was diligent in her review of all information provided making sure nothing was overlooked. When it became apparent there would be a trial. I was prepped thoroughly making sure I felt as comfortable as possible for questions that may be asked, even making extra time for me as I felt it was needed. Everything was communicated in a timely manner regardless of the time of day she needed to contact me. Sally worked diligently on my case throughout the entire lengthy process she was able to adequately prepare for trial. She was able to locate missing money he had set aside without my knowledge and used that in the trial. My divorce started pre-COVID and ended during a lockdown. During the trying times and ever- changing ways court was happening, I always knew what to expect. I never felt as though I was just a paycheck or a case, but that I was an actual person with many questions and many emotions. When I would become frustrated and wanted to give in, she gave me the encouragement to continue fighting but would understand any decision I made. In the end my judgement was much more than any of us expected. I would highly recommend Sally for any case involving family court. She truly does have the best interest of her clients at hand.
