Ashley M. Hart

I am an attorney with experience in personal injury law, dedicated to advocating for individuals who have been injured due to the negligence of others. My practice has focused on representing individuals in a variety of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, dog bites, slip and fall accidents, negligent security, and other premises liability claims.

Throughout my practice, I have managed a substantial caseload of approximately 250–360 active matters while negotiating hundreds of settlements annually. I have helped secure millions of dollars in financial recoveries for clients, including a $1.25 million motor vehicle accident settlement.

My experience includes case evaluation, liability and damages analysis, insurance coverage assessment, medical record review, settlement demand preparation, negotiation strategy, and client representation. I take pride in my ability to evaluate cases strategically, identify opportunities for resolution, navigate insurance negotiations, and efficiently manage a demanding caseload while maintaining a strong commitment to client service.

Outside of the legal profession, I enjoy following Kansas City sports and cheering on the Chiefs. I value building meaningful professional relationships and connecting with others in the legal community.
