I hired Ashley Elem expecting professional and competent representation but unfortunately, my experience was the opposite. Communication was nearly nonexistent, emails were routinely ignored unless I followed up multiple times. She appeared unprepared and unkept for court on more than one occasion, w...hich left me feeling extremely vulnerable. Instead of advocating for me, she made comments that felt humiliating and dismissive. Most troubling were instances where I felt misled, which completely broke my trust. I would not recommend her to anyone seeking reliable or respectful legal representation. For your sanity and peace of mind, please stay away from this firm.

I retained Ms. Elem for an important family matter in which I had good standing with the court and was receiving child support. Prior to retaining Ms. Elem, I was even receiving attorney fees from my previous hearing because my rights were held violation. I hired Ashley Elem in 2021 because my da...ughter was in serious trouble and numerous rights were being violated again. Not only did Ashley Elem lose the case big time, but her presentation was horrible. Her internet connection was slow, and her webcam was low-quality. SHE ABSOLUTELY DID NOT PREPARE FOR THE HEARING AND ONLY PRESENTED FOR LESS THAN 2 MINUTES! Opposing counsel presented for over 15 minutes. She appeared unkept and was not in a mentally sharp state of mind at all. So unprofessional and unsympathetic. She has done my family and children a great disservice. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE! I LOST EVERYTHING! STAY AWAY!
