OUTCOME: Pled Nolo Contendre to Reckless Driving
Client was stopped at a roadblock and blew a 0.15 resulting in a DUI arrest. I was able to negotiate the DUI charge down to a reckless driving charge, allowing my client to keep his drivers license and ... avoid a DUI charge on his record. The nolo plea also allowed my client to avoid accumulating points against his license that would have otherwise been imposed with the Reckless Driving Plea.

Client charged with Carrying a Concealed Weapon through the Atlanta Airport Screening Area. Client was in possession of a concealed weapon permit but due to the fact that the weapon was undisclosed and ... located in his carry on baggage, client was arrested and charged. Client had no prior history and a nolo plea with limited probation time was negotiated and accepted by the Judge under the First Offender Act. Once the 10 day probation terminated the offense was removed from client's record.
