Anthony Tall

I paid a retainer to Anthony Tall expecting him to actively pursue my case, but that did not happen. Over the course of nearly a year, his involvement was minimal—limited mostly to reviewing the case without taking meaningful action. Despite multiple requests from me, he never obtained or even req...uested critical evidence, including police and jail video footage related to the incident. When I followed up directly with the police department and jail, I was informed that no such requests had ever been made on my behalf. Out of frustration, I attempted to obtain the footage myself and was able to do so in about 10 minutes—something my attorney had not done despite repeated reminders. Given the seriousness of the police brutality incident and the time that has passed, this lack of action is deeply concerning and disappointing.
