 Sup. Crt of N.J. Order directs all actions by law enforcement as invalid and must be treated as null and void. The disciplinary matter herein are innacurate and have no legal effect or  The Order of Expungement - dated-October 20, 2000 DKT: M-2000-528- Order on behalf of Anthony Palazzo Attorney specifically states that any and all arrests or convictions of this attorney to be deemed not to have occurred. The Court Order directs all Public Records to delete any reference to actions by law enforcement as invalid and must be treated as null and void. This attorney had long term leased ocean front property wanted by City officials introduced evidence of false arrests and pre-prepared fictional settings resulting in those arrests of insignificant remnants of drugs placed on property of attorney and not in his personal possession.  Numerous incidents of rampant corruption have been exposed in this City in New Jersey and its public officials. Among numerous activities not disclosed and those disclosed an example would be an article about a certain City Councilman who plead Guilty to Bribery charges (See-Two River Times- Article dated July 20, 2008).  

I  am General Counsel to a $200M Private Holding Company  with over a dozen wholly owned Subsidiary Companies with in excess of 1,500 employees.  These Subsidiary Companies  engage in variety of business lines such as market research, publishing specialized certification, training, advertising, information services, cash flow management. media, healthcare, e-commerce and supermarket and retail sales and advertising.   My duties include working directly with the Presidents as requested  in all areas including  mergers & acquisitions, joint venture and business transactions, publication & licensing of technologies, draft certification and education participation programs as well as responsibility for issues regarding the retail / marketing business line.  Maintain Copyrite and Trademark protection.  Prepare employment, non-compete and confidentiality agreement for employees and independent contractors. Discuss and draft  specialized educational service agreements, software and web based licensing agreements, sales and marketing  agreements and  any other documents as they relate to each company’s publishing business line.   Negotiate all retail marketing contracts and sales forms. I am also responsible for supervision of outside counsel in complex litigation  beginning with evaluation of potential liability, creative case strategy, review pleadings, complaints and engage in aggressive motion practice and effective use of experts. These duties include comprehensive discovery including demand for documentation, review requests for temporary restraining orders and if necessary assist outside counsel in preparation for trial.
