Anthony Phillip Grasher

I hired Anthony after I was assaulted by my ex wife. She ripped my shirt off in a parking lot, was arrested but no charges were filed against her. She then took out a protection order claiming that I assaulted her. She made other false claims of domestic violence against me that never happened. An...thony and I met many times to discuss the strategy of the case. My ex continued to file documents and statements that made me feel overwhelmed. Anthony was able to handle the volume of information that she filed and his knowledge of the law allowed him to create a strategy that allowed us to win the hearing and get the case against me dismissed. After over 5 years of nonstop verbal harassment and threats from my neighbor, him trespassing, damaging my property, surveillance, and this year physically assaulting my 70 year old father, I immediately went in to obtain a restraining order against him. I knew he would have a lawyer on his side for... his defense so I searched around and was thankfully referred to Anthony. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Anthony first and foremost let me know that we should easily win this case after everything that had taken place along with all of the evidence that I was able to provide, however I was extremely nervous knowing that my neighbor was a pathological liar with a disbarred attorney on his side who had previously gone to prison. Anthony put together a great case encompassing all of the factual evidence inclusive of my legal rights; he went above and beyond with helping to organize, funnel the relevant information, print all applicable data, burn the video and audio discs, and organize all of the pertinent information for the case to ensure that we displayed all of the necessary points. Overall being available to talk and help me get through this terrible situation was the biggest key. After several continuances we finally had the court hearing and he went in confident, presented all of the facts of the case, witness testimony, video and audio evidence, and after 3 hours of back and forth between Anthony and my neighbors lawyer, the case was over and the judge was kind enough to grant the restraining order against my neighbor for my safety, the safety of my family and friends, as well as any workers who come on to my property to perform work. This was definitely a very stressful time without much sleep, but Anthony got me through it with ease. I would highly recommend Anthony to anyone looking for a great lawyer who will dedicate his time to ensuring the outcome of your case while presenting the factual evidence of the case.

As a 17 year old I got in a car accident that could of ended my entire career. My family found out about Anthony and we got in contact with him the next day and we met up and talked about everything. On August 18th of 2017, I could of been charged with reckless driving and could of had my lisence sus...pended and many more on top, yet Anthony was able to make that change for me. Durning the trail the witness showed up with out a invite from the state. Anthony did a really good job handling it if I had to rate anthony from 1-10 it would for sure be a 10/10 thank you!!

I was helping my 70 year old neighbor out after he lost his wife. I spent 6 weeks helping him clear his property. Never asked for anything from him (he is a hoarder). The neighbor then turned around and claimed that I was stealing from him, going to his property and threatening him and stalking him .... Neighbor called police a few times and they came to my house , neighbor then obtained an anti harrassment order against me. That's when I contacted Anthony. The first time we went to court Anthony files a continuance. The other party didn't have a lawyer and was blindsided by Anthony . Anthony is very articulate and knows how to handle the courtroom. Also, other patrons where so impressed by Anthony's proceedings they wanted to obtain him as their council. I was extremely impressed with his knowledge and the way Anthony handled everything for me. Needless to say everything was dropped against me. If I ever have any issues again , I will hire Anthony with confidence.
