Annette Spaulding Malena

I am an experienced litigator handling personal injury, wrongful death, motor vehicle collisions involving pedestrians, trucks, cars and motorcycles, medical malpractice and premises liability cases in Georgia and the Metro Atlanta Area. My clients have been adversely affected by brain, neck, back and spinal cord injuries, hip, knee, and shoulder injuries as well as other fractures, burns and scarring.  Our practice focus is on helping innocent victims throughout Georgia obtain the just compensation they deserve for injuries and losses sustained as the result of another party's negligence or wrongdoing.

I understand that personal injury cases are both extremely difficult and deeply personal to our clients.  As the daughter of self-employed, small business owners, I understand how an injury can adversely affect those whith no other means of income or support.  I have devoted my career to helping the injured and ensuring that my clients receive the full amount of benefits they deserve.

I began my legal career with the Gwinnett County District Attorney's Office.  As a Senior Assistant District Attorney, I fought to bring victims justice and prosecuted matters in both Superior Court and Juvenile Court.  I left prosecution to raise and homeschool my children.  Active in community service, I mentor children and focus on developing their leadship skills.  I have been actively involved in both Girls Scouts of Greater Atlanta and Boys Scouts of America for over 15 years.  Serving our community and encouraging children to reach their potential is my passion.
