Anne Elizabeth Kelly

Anne E. Kelly is a trial attorney focusing on complex commercial litigation. Ms. Kelly represented the State of Colorado as a Deputy District Attorney in the Eighteenth Judicial District (Arapahoe County). As a prosecutor, Ms. Kelly has tried over sixty cases to jury verdict including homicides and other complex violent felony matters. While Ms. Kelly’s trial experience is extensive, she strives to achieve effective and cost efficient results for clients through early resolution of cases. If a client’s case is not able to be resolved through other means, Ms. Kelly has a track record of success in the courtroom. She will aggressively and effectively defend clients’ interest in trial or arbitration. 

After graduating in the top tier of her class at Fordham University School of Law, Ms. Kelly started her litigation associate career in New York City and moved to . Kelly has experience in complex commercial litigation, product liability defense, antitrust litigation, insurance defense, and accounting fraud defense.

While in law school, Ms. Kelly led Fordham University’s trial competition team competing successfully in several national trial advocacy competitions.
