EEOICPA Part E

If you are looking for an attorney to represent you on a government claim look no further than Anne Block and her staff. Our family story is a long one and one that I'm sure others have endured. My father started his claim process in 2003. He filed a claim for both skin cancer and asbestosis. In 2006... his claim for the skin cancer was finally approved. He was informed at that time that he would have to refile his Part E asbestosis claim. He diligently jumped through every hoop the government ask of him. In April of 2007 I was present when my mother called the Seattle office of the Department of Labor. She was told that my fathers claim was approved and would be mailed any day. My father sadly died on May 17, 2007 without ever being paid the claim. My mother was never even sent a letter stating that she may be eligible for survivor benefits. A couple of years later I contacted Anne Block because I saw a review similar to this one stating that she had been successful in getting the benefits owed to workers like my father. I asked Anne if she would take my Mothers survivor claim. She and her staff have worked tirelessly to obtain the survivor benefit for my mother. My mother received her survivor benefit this past week. I can tell youtou with certainty that this claim would never have been paid without her. There are many greedy unscrupulous attorneys out there but Anne will represent you and your family. You can trust Anne and her staff. Don't give up that is what the government wants you to do, die or give up, don't do it, contact Anne Block instead!
