Anna Lushchinsky

Anna Lushchinskaya (who goes by Anna Lushchinsky professionally), a graduate of New York Law School who was admitted to practice in New York in 2004. In the videos, Lushchinsky is seen shouting “f*ck off” numerous times before she begins to slap at passenger Michelle Tung, kick her, and wildly attemp...t to stab at her with an umbrella while swinging a heavy set of keys in her direction. With a roll of her eyes, Lushchinsky later calls Tung a “f*cking c**nk.” That’s just lovely. She was arrested and is now facing five charges for menacing, weapons possession, attempted assault, and harassment. She was released on $1,000 bond and has a public defense lawyer, but this wasn’t Lushchinsky’s first time acting out on the subway. This summer, she allegedly pepper-sprayed a man without provocation and was arrested and charged with two counts of misdemeanor assault. Both of her cases have been combined, and she’s due back in court on January 22, 2019.
