Anna V. Fay

Anna, a native Wisconsinite, is a personal injury lawyer based in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. As a litigator, Anna spends her time fighting for individuals, families, and communities who aren’t given a fair shake by insurance companies.

She practices in all types of personal injury litigation. She has substantial experience litigating cases involving a broad range of personal injury claims, including car, motorcycle, and truck/semi accidents, injuries involving snowmobiles, ATVs, bicycles, and pedestrians, premises liability, slip/trip and falls, accidents involving brain injuries, construction site accidents, wrongful death claims, and insurance coverage litigation that arise when insurance companies deny claims.

Anna began her legal career as a litigator for insurance companies, where she represented insurance companies and negligent corporations, businesses, and individuals for several years. This insurance defense experience has given Anna special insight into how insurance companies operate, handle claims, and value cases. After deciding she wanted to switch sides and fight for justice for injured people, Anna worked for a large Midwest personal injury firm, where helped fight for justice for injured people against big corporations, insurance companies, and the government.

Anna grew in western Kenosha County, graduating from Wilmot Union High School in Wilmot, Wisconsin. After high school, she graduated from the University of Wisconsin at Madison with a Bachelor of Science undergraduate degree and was a several-time Dean’s High Honor recipient.

Anna attended law school at Marquette University Law School in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. During law school, she was a Dean’s List recipient, a CALI Excellence for the Future Award recipient (given to the student with the highest grade in a class), and an editorial staff member of the Marquette Intellectual Property Law Review.

She is admitted to practice in Wisconsin, both in Wisconsin’s state and federal courts.
