Horrible experience

Anne was only concerned with money. She assumed I wouldn’t be able to pay her. She advised me to stay in a hostile situation and to not pay rent and wait until I get evicted. Beyond that she said she couldn’t help. Uh... I’m pretty sure you can sue a landlord for turning off the heat on you in the wi...nter time and for constant harassment. She gave no insight, no sound advice, Anne probably got her degree in the 70s and hasn’t brushed up on the law since. Super disliked my interaction with her and her terrible advice!
