Handled my case well
The law firm took care of a problem with insurance billing with the hospital. They also were able to get me a fair settlement without the long process of going to court.
"As the current President of one of North Carolina's Professional Legal Associations, I can attest to Ann's Leadership and dedication to the Courts of North Carolina. I have also watched Ann at work, with a Jury, in Superior Court. That's actually somewhat unusual. Lawyers don't often have time to watch other lawyers argue cases. She is a Top Notch lawyer, a wonderful person, and compassionate soul. She has a presence in Court and a kind, unassuming demeanor with Jurors. I am proud Ann is both a professional colleague and friend. Bill Powers Charlotte NC"
"I Have known Ann since she was a legal assistant for me and my partners in a Fayetteville firm many years ago. Even then she had tremendous intellect for litigation matters without formal training. Now that she has the formal training, Ann is a very skilled lawyer and is quite capable. I endorse her completely without any reservation whatsoever."
"Ann is a smart, driven attorney who works hard in her litigation practice. She is a zealous advocate for her clients, and I am thrilled to have the opportunity to work closely with her."

The order of the trial court was reversed, allowing the injured truck driver to proceed with a lawsuit against the responsible parties
A panel of six Supreme Court justices was evenly divided; 3 in favor of reversing and 3 in favor of affirming the decision of the Court of Appeals. This split decision renders the decision of the Court of Appeals without precedential value.
