I have been providing my clients, both individuals and business, with legal services for 30 years.  Early in my career, I worked as a Deputy District Attorney where I developed the skills necessary to successfully litigate and advocate on the clients' behalf in state and federal court. I have represented small employers in fraud and tax malpractice litigation arising out of the employers' adoption of employee welfare benefit plans ("419 Plans") and have secured favorable results for closely-held corporations in breach of contract and employment termination actions.  In these past years, I have had the opportunity to use my years of experience in the area of trust and estate litigation
