My background as both a licensed attorney and law firm operations leader allows me to approach Filevine differently. I don’t just focus on whether a workflow technically functions. I focus on whether it actually supports how the team needs to operate, communicate, and grow.

At Vineskills, I partner with legal teams to step back, evaluate the bigger picture, and design systems that create clarity, consistency, and better operational alignment across the organization. That may involve streamlining workflows, improving usability and adoption, redesigning processes, or helping teams rethink how work moves from intake through resolution.

What I enjoy most is translating complexity into practical systems that make everyday work easier for the people using them while still supporting leadership goals and long-term scalability.

My experience managing a growing law firm, supporting national nonprofit operations, and practicing law across multiple areas gives me a unique perspective on how legal teams function beyond just the software itself. I understand the operational pressures teams face because I’ve worked inside them.
