Andrew Scott Ziegler

I would not recommend attorney Ziegler for any custody case. My ex was/is very narcissistic, I do not feel that attorney Ziegler has any experience in dealing with that type of custody situation. I feel that my case was not handled in the best interest of my child at all. My daughter and my self were... both emotionally and physically abused by my ex but we were treated like the abusers. He was not aggressive at all in the court room. He did not utilize any of the information/documentation that I provided him in the courtroom. I do not feel like he worked for me or my daughter at all. I feel like he was helping my ex and the judge. After I hired another attorney, I requested my documents from his office and found in that documentation google searches on how to cross examine certain witnesses that were called during our trial. This is extremely unprofessional, and I found it very disturbing that he had to google how to cross examine someone. As a family law attorney cross examination is something that he should have had plenty of experience with. Especially this particular witness as it was a parental evaluator. I was paying him to help me, he did nothing but hurt our case and make things worse. Progress was finally made after my new attorney took over. For these reasons as I stated I would not recommend attorney Zeigler for any custody case.

Andrew was there for me through the entire process of my case. He was prompt at returning phone calls to my endless questions. He was accurate in every aspect of my process. He was aggressive but with a tact and ability to not overstep boundaries. He was able to completely get my felony charge dismis...sed. Had it not been for his hard work and knowledge of the law, I certainly would not have the means to leave this review. He talked me through the whole process and made clear every step of what he was doing and what I could expect.. I highly recommend Andrew he is your man if you got into a tough spot and need a pro who knows the law.. 100 % satisfaction.

When he had our first meeting with Attorney Ziegler he put us right at ease. He talked to our son like he was a human being and not like a criminal, like the school had made him feel like. Attorney Ziegler called and emailed us often so we knew exactly what the next steps would be and didn't sugar co...at anything. He gave us all the information we needed in a timely manner. Even after we were done with his services he still took the time to check in and see how my son was doing. He is a kind and caring attorney and a all around kind and caring human being. I recommend Attorney Ziegler very highly. We are over the moon satisfied with him. Thank You Attorney Ziegler from the bottom of our hearts.

Andy went above and beyond for me to the point of tracking down my ex who was some where in Texas! He got her to sign all the papers we needed. Filed everything in timely manner and executed everything flawlessly! Andy stayed in contact through the whole procedure. I would recomend him to anyone. Fin...ding a lawyer that isn't a crook or has the time for you is hard these day but that's one thing I will never have to worry bout, Andy will be my guy from here on out.
