OUTCOME: Alcotest results thrown out, reduced penalty to lower tier.

The defendant was facing a loss of license for 7-12 months plus an ignition interlock. After a thorough review of the discovery, I was able to successfully demonstrate to the prosecution the violation ... of police procedure. The Alcotest results were disregarded as a result, reducing the penalties to a first tier violation and without the need for an ignition interlock device.
