Andrew Craig Desautel

I am very pleased with the work performed by Attorney Andrew Desautel in my traffic citation w/accident case. He met my expectations. I received no reporting points, and my moving traffic violation was reduced to a lesser one as in O.C.G.A. §40-6-180. I had called six different traffic ticket At...torneys before I decided to retain Mr. Desautel services. Some of Attorneys came across as too arrogant, too pessimist or they just lacked the ability to emphasize. I was treated well with courtesy and respect in my initial consultation. Mr. Desautel kept me informed about developments in my case. I felt Mr. Desautel cared to listen to me and he was very professional. Many attorneys simply do not take the time to understand their clients' needs fully. The office staff was very helpful as well. I would come back to them for legal help again. Although, I sincerely hope not to be cited again.

Andrew has no fear. I have worked with numerous attorneys, and primarily had good representation. However, Andrew, without a doubt stands out among family law attorneys. He is EXCELLENT. He is very patient, extremely detail oriented, honest and passionate about his work. He truly is an attorney who cares about his clients. Many attorneys tend to be egotistical, Andrew is absolutely humble, and shuns his success. Andrew communicated with me on all levels. I have hired 10 family law attorneys since 2000 due to my former husband's love of litigation against me. Many busy family law attorneys are very difficult to get in touch with, rarely respond. Not Andrew. If I left a message, he always either returns the call himself, or has his assistant professionally handle the call. Very professional in all aspects. If I have ever sent him an e-mail, he always responds. Andrew is a rare gem among this least loved area of the law. Without a doubt, on any level, I would trust Andrew to defend me on any type of case. If he is this good in family law, where contention is rampant, I believe he would be equally as good in personal injury, criminal or any area he chooses to practice.
