Andrea Satty is charming, bright, driven, intelligent, and demanding. I worked with her on the initial phase of a bankruptcy restructuring plan for an out of state large energy asset in PA. She puts herself on the line and pushes your deal forward. It is challenging to move bankruptcy transactions ahead due to judges and creditors along with partners that fail to understand the complications and rules that you are required to follow.
