Wonderful

She is a wonderful Lawyer, Upon my case she was great, very punctual and caring. If you are looking for was excellent lawyer she is very professional and bilingual!

Not good

I contacted her to know if it was possible to open a case in which I plead guilty I tried to explained it to her very briefly over the phone, she did not want to hear and offer an appoiment for which she will charge $80 for the consult. ( I declined) I called two other lawyers and they told me I coul...dn't do that because you only have a specific period of time to do that! My case was over 10 years ago! Don't go to her. Instead tried to get a lawyer that offers free consultations. She only want me to pay her, to hear no you can't because it been so long!

Dear Ana, I remember your call. It is a shame that you never came to my office in Pilsen, Chicago, to talk about your case. I don't know what other counsels told you but you can still reopen your case. Ten years is not a deadline per se but you have to have legal basis to reopen it. I would still need to meet you in my office. I will have to request all the court transcripts to thoroughly review the case. These cases are difficult but not impossible.
