Amy Lynn Wolf

Ms. Wolf was born in the Indianapolis area and spent her childhood in Lafayette. She returned to Indianapolis for law school in 1996. While a law student she concentrated her studies in Business Law. In 2000 she began working in state government, at the Indiana Secretary of State's Office in the Securities Division as an Enforcement Attorney. She was promoted to Chief Deputy Commissioner in 2001. In 2006 she accepted a position in the State Department of Health's Office of Legal Affairs. Not long after this she became the agency's HIPAA Privacy Officer. Beginning in late 2010 she transitioned to the Public Health Preparedness and Emergency Response Division taking on a non-legal role involving grant management. Eventually she came to miss working on legal issues and decided to open her own practice.  She was pleased to be offered the opportunity to return to public service in 2015 at the Indiana Department of Administration's Division of Supplier Diversity where she is currently the Director of Certification.
