SO disappointed

After firing my first atty for being inadequate, I was very excited when Amy seemed like a bulldog and was going to get this divorce done asap and get the results my first atty failed to accomplish. She could tell from my ex's financial affidavits that he was lying and gave me the hope things were g...oing to finally happen as they should. Not too long after hiring her, she seemed to disapear. After months of very little communication, she finally seemed to be back. We set trial date. At trial, she sat with her head down the whole time. My ex's atty was grilling me about something I felt was of no importance but she said nothing. She didn't go after him for all his obvious lies. I sat there in disbelief. She was doing nothing we had talked about. A short time later, I get a letter saying Amy was no longer practicing law. When I talked to the other atty in the office, I was told she had taken on too many clients and couldn't handle the load. She was completly unprepared for my trial and because of that, I basically had no representation that day. I just wish she would have had the courtesy to have told me she wasn't prepared for trial and let me find someone else. But instead, my divorce trial was a farce and basically my ex came out like a bandit.

Excellent divorce attorney

Amy helped me through a nasty divorce and protected my interests all the way. She was very caring and kept me informed every step of the way. I was very impressed by her knowledge and effectiveness in court. I really felt like she was totally on my side and devoted to my case.
