Replied last October 23, 2019It is unfortunate that the poster decided to omit the majority of the facts associated with this case in an attempt to discredit the amazing work that we do at Bunch Legal Group. We proudly accept a specific number of pro-bono and "low-bono" cases each year. In those cases, we represent clients and don't charge a fee for time and representation. When this happens, the clients pay their court costs ONLY and, as such, there are no fees/money to refund once the case has been filed. We encourage every client to find a legal team that fits their personalities. In this case, we were not a good fit for this client. We wish her the best and will continue to serve our clients by providing the very best!
