Biography
I joined KDG’s transactional practice group in 2005. I thoroughly enjoy practicing in the areas of oil and gas, land use and planning, construction, and alternative energy. Through KDG, I had the wonderful opportunity to work as an in-house attorney for one of the world’s leading oil and gas companies. Through this experience, I gained invaluable experience and knowledge in the oil and gas field and the great processes that make the San Joaquin Valley one of the United State’s largest producers of this rich commodity. I look forward to using my expertise in the oil and gas field to assist more clients in our valley to achieve their business objectives, whether in drafting or negotiating oil and gas leases, joint ventures or farmout agreements.
