Alex K. Treece

Alex Treece is a Hancock County, Ohio native. He graduated from Van Buren High School in 1996, Ohio University in 2000 and Cleveland State / Marshall School of Law in 2005. Following graduation he successfully passed the bar exam, and was admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio in November of 2005. He then worked as a Public Defender in Portage County, Ohio for a year, before becoming an Assistant Prosecutor in Hancock County, Ohio in 2007.

Alex has worked his entire professional career in the criminal law field with felony cases including drug possession, assault, rape, and murder. Having worked on both sides of the law, Alex knows the best path to taking care of his clients and can guarantee that his client will be informed through the process and receive the best possible results. He can work with Municipal and Common Pleas levels and has been to trial numerous times. Alex can handle all cases from minor traffic violations to the most serious felony cases. Alex also has extensive experience in both family and civil law.

Alex is very active the Findlay and Hancock County Community, he serves as President of the council at Findlay’s First Lutheran, he is a member of the Findlay/Hancock County Bar Association, a member of the Hancock County Bar’s Grievance Committee, and has previously been served on boards of the Children’s Mentoring Connection and Crimestopper’s. Alex is active in the Downtown Findlay Community as an owner of Findlay Brewing Company, and enjoys playing in a local band, The Athen Ry. He and his family live in Findlay.
