Adam was really professional and helpful in comforting us. He was extremely patient with lot of questions and had given us many possibilities of solutions towards different anticipated outcomes of the verdict. Most of all, he came to our rescue when another lawyer from his office ditched us last... minute, without any notification. This was really apreciable and he came out as a very reliable professional.

This was made a pleasant experience for a difficult matter. I assisted a relative who needed help and contacted Mr Ross's office. His attitude and demeanor, from the very beginning, kept us calm and informed. When we had questions he allowed us to call his office. If he was not available at that... time, he called us back in a reasonable amount of time. He asked us to meet with him to review our paperwork several times. Because my relative had personal difficulties with driving directions, Mr. Ross offered to drive him to the courthouse. He had the proper files available during the hearing. Luckily for us, he had the one my relative failed to bring with him for the hearing. Mr. Ross is a fine professional. He is caring, cool and collected. Most of all he "knows his stuff." We were always at ease with him. It was a trying time for my relative, but Mr. Ross assured the both of us that he would get us through the procedures. He did and he did it well.
