I am a senior and was unable to get a contractor I had hired to communicated with me, much less finish the job. I tried for weeks to get him on the phone and only got the runaround time and time again. Of course I was very frustrated and didn't know how to resolve the problem. Adam was referred t...o me as someone who might be able to help. I called him and he was so understanding and helpful. Right away I felt at ease and had hope that he would be able to help me. Not only did he get the contractor to finish the job but all throughout the process he communicated well with me and eased my mind. He called the contractor and got him to respond immediately. He then was able to negotiate with him how and when he would finish the job. He did so in a manner that was suitably assertive and persistent without making the whole encounter blow up. In other words he didn't make it worse by needless threats. Instead he calmly took care of business and helped the contractor understand that it was in his best interests to finish the job. I didn't have to do anything from the moment I hired him. He met the contractor at the house and ensured that everything was completed. It was an incredible weight off of my shoulders. This may sound odd but he truly cared about me and it showed. The problem got resolved and he was there for me every step of the way.
