You would need a certificate of citizenship. Form N600 is what is needed to be filled out.

You shouldn't have a problem as long as your intent does not go contrary to what is required for entry on a B-1/B-2 visa.

If the case has already been terminated and you have received your 10 years green card, there wouldn't be any issues in travelling.
