Biography
A practiced litigator, before entering the world of bankruptcy, Aaron was a practicing criminal defense attorney; first with a small practice in Santa Cruz and Monterey counties, and then joining the Fresno Public Defender's Office. In Fresno, Aaron regularly spent three to five days a week in court, taking cases to trial before juries and fighting for his clients.
After leaving Fresno, he clerked in the Northern District of California, Bankruptcy Court, for the Honorable Arthur S. Weissbrodt, to get a perspective of what life is like "behind the bench." That led to joining a local bankruptcy firm, where he managed all aspects of multiple bankruptcy cases, working with clients to get themselves back up on their feet.
