Best Eb1 Green card process

My name is Young B. Kim. I am a semiconductor designer at Samsung Electronics. I was referred to Attorney Chang by a number of my colleagues at Samsung and from International SoC Design Conferences. Initially I contacted Attorney Change regarding my qualification under National Interest Waiver and... get my green card via that route, but Attorney Chang recommended me to take the route of doing the First priority person of extraordinary ability. We submitted the EB1 petition with premium processing and it was approved exactly 7 days after the submission!!! I was so happy that I will be immigrating with my family to the US- The interview at US embassy at Korea was a breeze, took about 5 minutes. Even though Aaron carefully went over what I will be asked at the Embassy, I didn't get to do any of the explanations to the embassy officer. I will be moving to Portland, Oregon the new job in August!!! Highly recommend Attorney Chang for his expertise!!!"

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
