After representing insurers for many years, I understand the loopholes available to avoid paying your claim or to offer less than what you need to complete repairs. My work focuses on litigation against property insurance companies. I represent property owners (commercial businesses and residential homeowners) with claims against insurance companies.
My goals are simple—I work to get your insurer to pay your claim so that you are made whole again. I will provide you with clear, concise communication and explain things in a simple straight-forward manner. My fees are paid, generally, on a contingency fee basis, which means there is no out of pocket cost to you unless I win your case.

Outstanding experience!
