Do not hire this Clown Robert Berdesen. He is not out for your best interest. I hired him and specifically told him that I wanted my back pay. That the insurance had owed me. He stated that there were more more important things than my money. He also stated that he's more worried about keeping his te...a time with the opposing council. He even set me up for a live deposition which he stated he would not be attending. Everyone listened very clear lol AI told me to fire him and AI helped me in the process of getting my money. AI will tell you exactly what the forms are it will fill it out for you and send it to the board. AI will also let you know if your attorney is BS you. He had all my evidence for over 90 days and did absolutely nothing. He said it takes too long to get your money. I'll do it at the end. He also stated that 2 of his other clients are living in tents.
