Robert Shannon Bridges

Robert Bridges is a licensed attorney and real estate broker. He completed his undergrad degree with honors from West Texas A&M University. Mr. Bridges attended Oxford University for Comparative International Law and then received his JD from Southern Methodist University. 

Mr. Bridges currently serves as General Counsel of the Tatitlek Corporation and its subsidiaries,specializing in Real Estate, IT and Professional Services, Land Management, Satellite Imagery, Construction Services, Range Services and Training Support.  Prior to joining Tatitlek, Mr. Bridges advised numerous tech, real estate and financial services companies on Legal and Compliance function. At Altisource (NASDAQ: ASPS), he served as Division Counsel of the Technology and E-Commerce platforms as well as Asset Management and real estate disposition with operations in the US, India, Philippines, Uruguay and Europe. Prior to ASPS, Mr. Bridges was the SVP General Counsel of Williams & Williams (W&W), a leader in loss mitigation, real estate management and disposition. Prior to W&W he worked in a law firm environment where he served as corporate counsel to numerous companies throughout Texas, Oklahoma and Missouri. Before becoming an attorney, he managed the business operations and risk management for an oil and gas company based in Texas. He has over 20 years experience managing business operations and risk, as well as 15 years experience as a General Counsel and attorney. Mr. Bridges is a licensed pilot and is very civic-minded, currently active with many local and national charities.
