Always be truthful in your applications. Yes the charge could disqualify you - were you convicted? Each DACA case will be looked at independently.

You need a Lawyer. If there were injuries or damge to property you could get deported.

No. As long as you do not stay out more than six months (at a time or cumulatively in 1 year) you should be ok.
