Cobrar el cheque no es el problema es porque lo esta recibiendo.

Depends on the cases. You may not get sent to Krome, but you may also be sent to differed inspections and placd inn removal proceedings.

She needs to file under the abused spouse section of the I-751. She would have to be divorced. Another option is VAWA.
