I did not use her, nor do I ever plan to. I had paid a retainer with the intention of using her, but ended up using another attorney. Ms. Holland and I never met, never filled out any paperwork for bankruptcy. I needed some relief from post-bankruptcy harassment and thought it would be a beneficia...l way for both of us to use the retainer I paid. She said no, it was non-refundable and was for initial paperwork and consult. We did neither of those. So, stereotypical attorney out to line her own pockets. I went with my original attorney for my post-bankruptcy needs as I would rather give my business to an honest and fair person.
