Jacob earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas, and holds a Master of
Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from the University of Houston Law Center. He is licensed to practice in both state and federal courts in Texas and Alaska.
