I first went to Gary for help with my case. I hired him after he said a bunch of honeyed words. I felt like he didn’t try and defend me. I wasn’t notified of a hearing and ended up missing it. Mr. Eschbacher told me how much my divorce would cost me. It was 3 times what he told me. Several times when I met with him or we spoke on the phone, we had to go back over details we previously discussed. I had to anyone. His paralegal, Carol, is brash and has zero empathy. Increases costs by revisting the same topis several times. In one hour, expect him to get up 3 to 4 times for various reasons. You pay for him to get a cup of coffee a lot. Ensure that you double and triple check their numbers, often times there were errors, which could be very costly - like in my... case.
