Represent taxpayers before the IRS, state and local tax authorities, at audit and appeal, and in the Tax Court and Superior Court. Secured private letter rulings from the IRS for corporate reorganizations, retirement benefits and foreign earned income. Advised on federal tax credit financing and foreign bank account reporting requirements. Formed, and secured exemption for, nonprofits. Testified before the legislature in 2014 and 2016 re taxation of the proposed Alaska LNG project.
