Biography
Brian is a partner in the Closely Held Business and the Corporate & Securities teams of Dunn Carney who focuses on business and commercial law. His primary areas of practice are corporate governance, securities, mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance.
Prior to attending law school, Brian worked as both an In-Patient Psychiatric Counselor and a securities and insurance broker. Before joining Dunn Carney in the spring of 2005, Brian worked for Tonkon Torp and Grenley Rotenberg.
In his leisure time, Brian enjoys sports, fishing and spending time with family.
