Fantastic Lawyer

I am very happy with Jared's services. My case was one where I was trying to get my ex to pay child support that he hadn't paid in 4 years. Jared was always helpful with my many questions, and got me the full amount owed. :)

Absolute best family law firm in southwest Washington

Jared Paulsen and the rest of Ashby Family Law are the best Divorce/Family Law Firm in Southwest Washington. Jared was always quick to reply/respond to my questions, and was very fair when communicating with the other party to resolve differences quickly. It's my opinion, Ashby Family Law i...s not your typical "out to get the other party" divorce firm. Their interests are what is fair, and if children are involved, definitely what is best for the children. Ashby law's retainer fee is minimal compared to the quality of representation, and advice regarding the difficult divorce process. If you want the best, Ashby law is the best.

Incredible Law Office!

Jared and Scott both did incredible work. I hired them both for different cases. Scott helped me in court getting custody of one of my children and made everything go so smoothly. Jared helped with an older case about my oldest child and we went to mediation instead and we solved everything in mediat...ion. Everything wentry smoothly and everything I wanted to get out of this mediation, I did. I'm so thankful that we didn't need to go to court for that one. I'd highly recommend Jared Paulsen for sure!!! Scott Ashby did a great job too.

Domestic Violence

Fleeing from out of state with my children, the outcome of my DV case was uncertain. I was immediately put at ease at the initial intake and felt the staff was not only knowledgeable, but genuinely sincere and compassionate. During the course of my crisis, Jared was dedicated to finding resolut...ion to protecting my myself and my children. All communications between Jared and the firm were always prompt and courteous. Jared was very professional in the courtroom and did an excellent job getting justice served for my family. I am so thankful and highly recommend Jared for a positive outcome.

Excellent Lawyer

We hired Jared the night before our family court. He did an excellent job, even though he only had a short time to prepare for it, he did an outstanding job. He is very professional, and caring lawyer. If you need a great lawyer, I will recommend you Jared.
