I had a child visitation case, unfortunately the dad is an alcoholic, threatened suicide and sent a copy of his last will through email to all his contacts. He had an evaluation done, unknown to me. It was found he didnt have a drinking problem after admitting to drinking 6 beers a night but emotion...al counseling was recomended. This lawyer did nothing in reaction to that evaluation and has treated my case like we where two disputing normal parents who care for the child. My ex was allowed to break the restraining order 3 times with no repercussions and harassed my closest friend until she changed her phone number. This lawyer is not on the ball, he did not stay in touch, he let two weeks go by with out any response to me. I do not recomend him for family law. His actions has supported the theory that he is protecting the other party and not me or my child. I was pushed around and made to feel I had no way of fighting to protect my daughter that a judge wont care how i feel about it only that he is the father and has a right to his daughter. Dispite the recomendation that emotional counceling was recomended.
