So I don't usually argue with the trolls, but this one was just so bad I couldn't not... So, to "Anonymous," I feel the overwhelming need to correct a few false statements: "he had his wife & kids doing his secretarial work out of his apartment." Well I mean he hasn't been married since 1987, pre...tty much lives in his office, doesn't have an apartment, and last I checked I was an only child... and while I am A paralegal, I'm not HIS paralegal... "Yes I was in fact hiring an attorney after meeting my court appointed attorney, Mr. Holt today." I see your review is dated 2018, so you know that he hasn't had a Public Defense contract since 2012 right? Knowing absolutely nothing about your case, the rest of your review is none of my business, but I'd take it with a grain of salt. Hire him or don't, I'd just as soon he retired, but at least get your facts straight.

After our son was falsely accused of a horrendous crime, we retained Kevin. His knowledge and understanding helped us navigate one of the most difficult times in our lives. Kevin provided sound legal insight, presented us with all the options we had available to us and ultimately got the wrongful cas...e dismissed. I would highly recommend Kevin to anyone facing criminal charges he is worth every dime he charges and probably more.

Good Communications and staff. I was in trouble. He leveraged all the evidence he could. (They had a lot of solid evidence against me). He managed to get a bargain out of the Prosecutor the was as good as we could have possibly hoped for, (absolute minimum for what I was accused of). I will go back ...to him for all my Legal services, ( like A Will, ).

My experience with Kevin Holt was very good. I needed a lawyer that could look into my case due to me being charged for causing a 3 car accident which i did not cause. At the time of the accident i had a concussion and couldn't remember what had happened and Pasco PD decided to cite me a ticket base...d on hear say and no evidence. Next morning when my head cleared I started remembering everything and decided to hire a lawyer for the very 1st time. Kevin listened to everything I had to say, looked at the facts and said he will fight for me. He's a great lawyer and knows how to get witnesses to bring out the truth. I went from "being the reason" for a 3 car collision to a clean record and all infractions dropped! I would recommend him to anyone, 5 stars all the way.
