Best Criminal Defense Attorney

Joseph was an amazing Criminal Defense Attorney. He went out of his way to make sure I had the ability to move forward from a bad situation. He was always well prepared and extremely professional. Communicated well with me throughout the whole process, I am very grateful He was on my side!

He's a Good Choice

I found myself in a most absurd situation. I am not someone who ever gets in trouble with the law. I have never even gotten a speeding ticket. Yet I ended up in a situation where I was being charged with a misdemeanor. Based on the fact that the case was dismissed, I can now genuinely say I didn't co...mmit the crime they were charging me with. It was a really confusing situation for me because I honestly couldn't really figure out if I actually committed a crime. It was as if I committed the crime if they say I committed it, not if I actually committed it. Plus basic due process did seem to indicate no crime was committed. I don't think anyone really knows what the law says or required in my situation in order for me to have not violated it. The prosecutor, the Judge, and even My attorney, Joseph, didn't really know. But this is not a knock on him, it is a problem with the vagueness of the law. We filed a motion to dismiss at one point and Joseph did everything right for that, but the prosecution was squirrely but we gave the prosecution the benefit of the doubt. When it came to finally arguing the motion to dismiss, Joseph was fully prepared and argued the motion very professionally. In any reasonable courtroom the motion probably would have been granted, but both the judge and prosecutor, in my opinion, behaved very unprofessionally that day. I think personable is a good word for Joseph. He's not just a robot that just tells you "that's how things are" or lectures you, he is willing tell you his opinion if something he sees going on is absurd. He'll also tell you things you may not want to hear either. We were originally offered an SOC that would be considered an amazing deal in any other situation and Joseph did manage to negotiate it down to an even better deal. Due to the vagueness of the law, though, I declined and due to how the motion to dismiss argument ended up I opted to set trial dates. We both pretty much agreed that our only real option was the jury trial. When it came down to the wire, the prosecution finally chose to dismiss the case. Joseph was very prompt with informing me on this, I imagine it's one of his most favorite phone calls to make to a client. Considering there are cases that I would say are far more serious than my case, anyone would be in good hands if they hire Joseph.
